“The Spins” is the debut single from the album, Cobalt Blue. The visuals were filmed at the Ukrainian National Home, where a party was being disassembled. Unprompted, my friends and I began assisting the staff by helping pop balloons. It was such a chaotic and strange scene that I began to film on my phone.
A few days passed and I decided to pair the video and song together. There were so many interesting pairings between the lyrics, rhythm, and visuals, it was agreed that this would be the official lyric video.
